We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Specialist to configure and deliver a full CRM solution. The ideal candidate has proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM in new, from-scratch environments and is confident working end-to-end without relying on external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM: entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Build basic Power Automate flows for notifications, approvals, and other process automations.
• Integrate CRM with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint and web API's.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems or spreadsheets.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer for internal admins and end-users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration and administration of Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement / Dataverse).
• Basic Power Automate proficiency – able to design and troubleshoot simple flows.
• Solid experience with forms, dashboards, workflows, security roles, and data imports.
• Ability to work independently and deliver functional CRM solutions end-to-end.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript customizations, plug-ins, or Power BI reporting.
