About the Role:
We’re seeking a Finance & Treasury Manager to build and oversee the financial engine of our digital Islamic bank. You’ll ensure liquidity, compliance, and trust — managing relationships with partner banks and payment providers while aligning all treasury operations with Sharia-compliant principles.

What You’ll Do:

• · Set up money movement, reconciliation, and liquidity dashboards.
• · Manage cash positions, FX exposure, and risk controls.
• · Oversee relationships with acquiring banks and card/payment partners.
• · Work with the CTO to implement automated reconciliation and reporting tools.
• · Support regulatory and Shariah audits on treasury operations.
  

You Bring:

• · 5+ years in treasury or finance at a fintech, bank, or PSP.
• · Strong grasp of Islamic finance frameworks and ethics.
• · Deep understanding of money flow, reconciliation, and risk exposure management.
• · A reputation for integrity, precision, and leadership.
