We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Growth Manager to join our marketing team in the EdTech domain. Looking for experts who know how to turn complex ideas into scalable revenue engines, have experience in B2B demand gen, love experimenting across channels, and feel confident in marketing automation tools.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Domain
2-3+ years in B2B demand generation/growth marketing — ideally with SaaS, services, edtech, enterprise tech, or consulting ecosystems.

Channel Expertise
Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign orchestration: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, newsletters, LinkedIn content distribution, outreach programs.

Tools & Systems
Fluency with marketing automation & software.

Strategic + Operational Hybrid
Someone who can think in systems, sequence motions, manage many moving parts, and keep velocity high.

Clear Communicator & Collaborator
Ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, design, sales, and execs, and influence alignment.

Bias for Action & Growth Mindset
Driven, curious, iterative. Thrives in high-ownership environments and loves building revenue engines that actually move the needle.

English
Upper-intermediate level required.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Activation
Own and execute the demand generation engine across our priority segments (universities, corporates, EdTech) — leveraging LinkedIn presence, newsletters, paid audience targeting (LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads), PR/outreach placements, and webinars.

Channel Operations & Launch
Coordinate with an internal content team to take finished assets and transform them into live campaigns, outreach flows.

Paid Acquisition & Always-On Programs
Configure, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google to drive a qualified pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.

PR & Outreach Layer
Drive inclusion in “top lists,” rankings, directories, analyst mentions — via systematic outreach, follow-ups, and influence mapping of industry media.

Experimentation & Innovation
Evaluate emerging channels, category-moment opportunities, and AI-powered tools — to uncover new leverage points that expand reach and accelerate pipeline.
