About the Role

We’re forming a new engineering team and looking for a hands-on Python Team Leader.
You’ll lead a group of senior engineers, drive architecture decisions, and stay deeply involved in coding, debugging, and performance optimization. You’ll own the design and delivery of new features end-to-end, working on a system built for scale, accuracy, and real-world security impact.
The role requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical challenges into clean, reliable solutions.

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong Python expertise
• Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Practical user-level experience working with Dockerized services and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery
• Interest in cybersecurity
• Excellent English communication skills
  

Nice to Have:

• Angular / TypeScript
• Experience with large-scale B2B SaaS systems
• Additional backend languages (Go, Java, etc.)
