Job Description
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the full HR budgeting process across 10+ projects, managing an ecosystem of ~90 interconnected templates.
- Consolidate manager inputs, ensure accuracy, resolve errors, and maintain data integrity.
- Automate and optimize workflows, update templates, and perform HR cost analysis with year-over-year benchmarking.
Executive HR Dashboard
- Own and enhance the Executive HR Dashboard, integrating data from AWS, Intercom, and HR systems.
- Ensure correct mapping, automated updates, troubleshooting, and delivery of clear efficiency and performance insights.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track HR costs, staffing levels, key HR metrics, and survey trends.
- Produce actionable analytical reports and dashboards for strategic decisions.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR analytics and budgeting.
HR Data Management
- Ensure consistent, high-quality HR data across systems.
Performance & Engagement Analytics
- Analyze performance assessments and survey results to identify trends and improvement areas.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key analytical partner for HR and People Operations, supporting data-driven decision-making and HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in HR analytics, with a strong focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization; experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
- HRIS and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced data analysis techniques, along with familiarity with data science or statistical analysis tools.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Google Sheets (Apps Scripts is highly preferred), Power BI skills for comprehensive data visualization and reporting, SQL Core, Python
- HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of staff cost analysis and HR metrics, with the ability to link them to business performance indicators.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for interpreting complex data.
- Core Skills: High level of Responsibility, Ownership and Initiative to independently drive projects and transform data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex analytical insights to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
