We at ImpactFrames are looking for a skilled and passionate Motion Designer to join our team!

ImpactFrames is a motion design studio working with tech startups and SaaS companies around the world. We specialize in high-end 2D/3D explainer videos and promotional content that helps products shine — not just visually, but strategically.

Our team includes motion designers, illustrators, UI/UX designers, and project managers — all united by a passion for storytelling and clean visual thinking.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Animate storyboards using After Effects (mostly 2D, some 3D integration).
• Work with characters, UI elements, icons, typography, and transitions.
• Follow and improve visual style based on client branding and art direction.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Occasionally prepare visual concepts or layout ideas if needed.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with After Effects (shape animation, transitions, keyframe control).
• Strong sense of timing, composition, and motion logic.
• Portfolio with clean commercial explainer/promo work.
• Basic Illustrator/Photoshop/Figma skills for working with assets.
• English B1–B2 — for understanding briefs & products (team communication in Ukrainian 🇺🇦)
• Responsibility and independence — we appreciate self-driven people.

🚫 Please note:

If your main experience is in YouTube/TikTok editing, this role may not be a good fit. We’re specifically looking for motion designers, not video editors.

🎁 Bonus (but not required):

• Experience working in a motion studio environment.
• 3D basics (Element 3D, Blender, or C4D).
