Cowchain blockchain development company is actively looking for Head of Sales to join our development team.
About us:
Cowchain have successfully completed 150+ projects mainly on EVM-based blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base including Coinmarketcap leaders with 180M+ total capitalization and 20M+ daily trading volume in Move2Earn, Play2Earn and DeFi industries.
We work with projects of varying complexity, from early-stage startups to products with millions of users. So, along with fairly simple Web3 solutions, we also have serious products such as Pixelverse (45M+ users), RetroBridge ($600M in bridge volume), and other projects backed by Binance Labs, Animoca Brands, and Mechanism Capital.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales; 1+ years in blockchain or Web3 preferred
— Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and closing
— Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and decentralized applications
— Strong network within relevant industries (tech, finance, gaming, supply chain, etc.)
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
— Strategic thinker with an analytical, data-driven mindset
— Ability to develop scalable strategies and lead by example
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
— Experience in Web3 will be a big plus!
Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth in blockchain development services
— Identify and target high-value clients in fintech, gaming, supply chain, real estate, and other industries exploring Web3
— Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and lead generation teams. Set clear goals, track performance, and foster a results-oriented culture
— Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on client acquisition and retention goals
— Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales positioning and messaging
— Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership
— Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
