🔴 mission
we are looking for a Senior / Lead Affiliate Manager to take ownership of the company’s affiliate program. You will drive acquisition through affiliates, build strong partnerships, and lead the team in expanding to new regulated markets.
🔴 responsibilities
manage and scale the affiliate program across casino verticals
recruit, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
maintain and grow relationships with top affiliates, ensuring loyalty and performance
monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (ROI, LTV, conversion rates, churn)
work closely with compliance, product, and marketing teams to align strategy
optimize campaigns and creatives based on performance data
build your own team
represent the company at affiliate conferences and industry events
🔴 requirements
4+ years in affiliate management within iGaming (casino mandatory)
proven success in scaling affiliate channels and hitting acquisition targets
strong negotiation and partnership management skills
solid understanding of white-label platforms, affiliate software (e.g., Affilka, Income Access)
experience with analytics and tracking systems (GA, Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
leadership mindset: ability to mentor and build a team
proactive, driven by results, and skilled at working in fast-scaling environments
