Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting — identifying potential clients and building a strong pipeline.
- Demo Conducting — running engaging product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Invoicing — preparing and managing invoices for clients.
- Upsale — identifying opportunities for account expansion and additional sales.
- Pipeline Management — maintaining visibility and control over the entire sales funnel.
- Analytics and Reporting — tracking KPIs, conversion rates, MRR/ARR, churn, and LTV.
- CRM Management — keeping all client and sales data up to date and organized.
- Representative Function — participating in conferences and representing the company in external communications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in FinTech, e-commerce, IT, or SaaS).
- Advanced English proficiency — both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience working with analytics — interpreting CRM data, conversions, MRR/ARR, churn, and LTV.
- Experience conducting SaaS product demos (storytelling and customized scenarios).
- Ability to quickly master product functionality and interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to understand client business processes and identify product value points.
