Codebridge is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically minded Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of operational marketing activities, execute campaigns, and help us build scalable, automated marketing processes. Now we’re building a systematic, experiment-driven marketing function focused on growth, automation, and AI-powered workflows.

You will become a key execution partner for our Senior Marketing Manager, allowing the company to scale through automation, smart content, efficient funnels, and measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Demand Generation

  • Implement marketing strategies across multiple channels to attract new clients and partners
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels together with the Lead Marketing Manager
  • Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and improve CPL, CTR, CR, and ROI
  • Execute paid acquisition activities (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize channel performance

Content & SEO

  • Develop and execute the content marketing plan (blog, case studies, website, LinkedIn)
  • Write, edit, and structure content targeted at technical buyers (CTOs, PMs, founders)
  • Maintain all company publications: website, blog, landing pages, partner content
  • Conduct research using AI and credible sources; summarize insights for content creation
  • Optimize content following SEO best practices (on-page, internal linking, content updates)
  • Manage basic link-building processes
  • Prepare outlines, briefs, and materials for articles, infographics, and presentations

Campaign Implementation & Web Operations

  • Create and optimize landing page content and messaging (Webflow)
  • Prepare email sequences, nurture flows, and basic automation (no-code, AI tools)
  • Collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager on funnel architecture and automation logic
  • Manage social media publishing, content scheduling, and engagement tactics
  • Set up tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, UTM structure) and interpret analytics

Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and generate hypotheses
  • Use generative AI tools for data gathering, summarization, and research automation
  • Transform raw data into insights, briefs, and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

Experience & Hard Skills

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience (IT services, consulting, tech preferred)
  • Experience with:
  • GA4, Tag Manager, CRM systems
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO basics and content optimization
  • Running A/B tests and experimenting with funnels
  • Ability to write clearly and credibly for a technical B2B audience
  • Strong research and analytical skills: turning data into structured conclusions
  • Experience in crafting landing page messaging, email sequences, and acquisition content
  • Confident user of ChatGPT/LLMs for workflow optimization and content enhancement
  • Upper-Intermediate English (strong writing skills)
  • Being curious and fast-learning, detail-oriented, autonomous, proactive and having ownership mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
  • Experience with SMM management
