About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Finance to own and drive the company’s financial engine. You’ll partner with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial stability, growth readiness, and operational excellence across budgeting, cash flow, pricing, forecasting, and reserves.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting with Zero-Based and Performance-Based approaches.
• Build and maintain cash flow models; stabilize revenue and liquidity.
• Define and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, churn, margins).
• Drive pricing strategy and enterprise deal processes.
• Manage reserves, risk modeling, and scenario planning.
• Oversee financial operations: accounting, audits, compliance, FP&A.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and capital strategy.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in finance leadership, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Expert in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with investor relations and strategic financial planning.
• Comfortable using Excel, BI dashboards, and financial systems.
