We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst Team Lead — a data-driven strategist who turns numbers into stories and insights into growth. You’ll lead a team of analysts, dive deep into traffic performance, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing Analytics to uncover opportunities, optimize ROI, and shape data-powered marketing decisions that move the business forward.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing data analysts — setting priorities, providing guidance, and ensuring data quality and analytical excellence.
- Develop and implement a unified analytical framework for traffic acquisition, retention, and performance marketing.
- Oversee the analysis of traffic acquisition data across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring accuracy and actionable outcomes.
- Evaluate the profitability of different traffic purchasing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.) and provide strategic recommendations to optimize investments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align data insights with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, channel inefficiencies, and cost optimization strategies to improve ROI and overall marketing performance.
- Establish data pipelines and reporting dashboards for transparent performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Foster a data-informed culture within the marketing organization.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics within the iGaming or digital marketing industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing economics and KPIs: ROI, CLV, CAC, ARPU, and retention metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; hands-on experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Ability to build scalable analytical systems and reporting automation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset — you can see both the data details and the bigger business picture.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:
- Flexible working hours and a remote work setup, so you can plan work around your life and not your life around work!
- Unlimited vacation days and paid sick leave—because your rest matters.
- A competitive compensation that truly reflects your skills and expertise.
- Employee referral bonus and gifts to celebrate your special occasions.
- 50% financial support for learning expenses to supercharge your professional growth!
- A positive atmosphere where you always feel respected and truly belong.
- Inspirational team-building activities that turn colleagues into best friends.
- Wellness benefits: We’ll support your sports passions, from yoga classes to gym memberships.
- Co-working space reimbursement to save your nerves from always working from home :)
