We are looking for a strong, people-oriented, and motivating Contact Center Supervisor who can keep the team aligned, develop agents, and maintain a high level of service quality.
Your Responsibilities
• Monitor operator performance: discipline, quality, script adherence.
• Conduct quick briefings and provide daily team support.
• Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback.
• Train newcomers and develop existing operators.
• Monitor KPIs: SLA, response speed, conversion, quality.
• Manage schedules, tasks, and workload distribution.
• Handle complex or escalated customer cases.
• Prepare short shift and performance reports.
Who You Are
• Experience as a supervisor or senior operator (6–12 months preferred).
• Able to manage a team and maintain discipline.
• Analytical and confident with spreadsheets.
• Stress-resistant, tactful, and strong in communication.
• Initiative-driven, flexible, and responsible.
Nice to Have
• Experience in financial services, lending, or sales.
• Skills in coaching or conducting mini-trainings.
• Understanding of contact center logic and workflows.
