– Gather and clarify requirements with clients, think through feature logic together with the team, and document it clearly (user stories, specs, tasks)
– Keep tasks and documentation in order (Jira/ClickUp/Trello, requirements, reports)
– Track risks/issues and help solve them, proactively flagging problems to the client and the team
Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing, outstaff, or product company)
– Experience with web/mobile development projects

– Verbal English level B2 or higher (communication with international clients)
– Strong communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback
Will be a plus
– Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing and working with multiple projects
– Experience working with clients from the USA/Europe
– Experience setting up basic processes from scratch (flows, templates, reporting)
We offer
– Competitive salary
– Remote work and flexible schedule
– Paid vacation (18 working days per year) and sick leaves

– Involvement in different projects and domains, opportunity to grow into a stronger PM
Interview stages
– Online screening interview

– Final interview with CEO
– Job offer

Please apply with a short introduction about yourself and your key PM expertise (projects you’ve managed, domains you worked in, typical team sizes, your role in client communication).
