Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s AI strategy in line with overall business goals
• Plan, deploy, and integrate AI solutions into business processes
• Create scalable processes and standards for AI management
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards (data protection, security)
• Manage and prioritize AI-related projects
• Coordinate the work of technical teams, business units, and external partners
• Train employees in the use of AI technologies
• Monitor and continuously improve implemented solutions

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, neural networks, programming languages, and ML frameworks
• Experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and complex projects
