Position: Influence Manager (Forex trading niche)

We are an international product IT company that develops a products and add-ons for learning and accelerating Forex trading. Now we are looking for an Influence Manager to join our friendly team.

Our ideal teammate:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, cold B2B sales or PR.
• Experience in the Forex trading niche.
• Strong spoken English - C1 level and willingness to participate in video calls with potential influencers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with influencer management tools like HypeAuditor.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented — able to turn connections into measurable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, outreach, recruit, and manage influencers across YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Hosting online meetings with potential partners, as well as developing scripts and scenarios.
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term partnerships, turning them into brand ambassadors.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including sponsored content, webinars, and giveaways.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commission rates, and bonus structures to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue.
• Develop strategies to scale influencer programs.
• Create ambassador programs to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align partnerships with business goals.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, new channels, and best practices.
