We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Middle/Senior) who has experience working with enterprise projects, knows how to conduct Discovery phases, and confidently manages cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Conducting the Discovery phase: organizing workshops, forming and agreeing upon scope, prioritization (MoSCoW, WSJF), documentation, collecting compliance/security requirements

Creating and maintaining artifacts: Scope, Governance Framework, Communication Plan, KPIs, UAT Plan, Discovery Pack

Managing a cross-functional team (BA, QA, TL, Devs) and interacting with partners and clients at the VP/Directors level

Planning and coordination of projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Working with ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub

Conducting meetings, workshops, and preparing documentation in English

Requirements:

Experience and Expertise:

2+ years of experience as a PM working with enterprise clients

Practical experience conducting the Discovery phase and managing cross-functional teams

Good understanding of compliance (TCPA, GDPR/CCPA, Audit Trail)

Practical experience in Salesforce projects and the financial domain is a plus

Knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools

English B2+
