Team Lead Affiliate Manager (Tier 1 | iGaming)

🎯 Role Mission

We’re looking for an independent, results-driven Affiliate Manager who brings a proven system, strong existing network, and hands-on experience with Tier 1 markets. This is a fully autonomous role reporting directly to the CEO.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a high-performing affiliate program from scratch.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage partners (affiliate networks, SEO publishers, review sites, media-buying teams).
  • Negotiate CPA/CPL/RevShare deals and maintain strong control over ROI and profitability.
  • Evaluate and monitor traffic quality and performance (Power BI, OAC analytics, ROI, payback metrics).
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic; ensure all agreements are met.
  • Analyze drops in OAC, conversion rates, or profitability, and take corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 partners, especially across Canada and the US.
  • Represent the company at affiliate conferences and expand your professional network.

🧠 Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Sweepstakes or Casino verticals (mandatory).
  • Solid track record working with and understanding the Tier 1 market (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to assess traffic quality and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with SEO traffic, review sites, affiliate networks, and unconventional traffic sources.
  • English: C1 level or higher — capable of negotiating and handling business correspondence confidently.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills — persuasive, strategic, and result-oriented.
  • Existing network of affiliate contacts — a strong advantage.
