Who we need:
We’re looking for two experienced Business Development Managers:
- one focused on Web3,
- one focused on iGaming.
Your role:
- Take full ownership of the deal cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects.
- Use LinkedIn and other channels for outreach, relationship-building, and deal conversion.
- Represent DESH services (design, development, marketing) to potential clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development for service-based companies.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Proven track record of closing deals in Web3 or iGaming.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation is a major plus.
- Existing network or warm leads are a big advantage.
