RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build end-to-end AI features: data scraping → RAG pipelines → automated system synchronization
• Craft idempotent, rate-limit-resilient integrations with CRMs and accounting platforms
• Engineer context-rich AI responses and dynamic debt recovery orchestration
• Validate and iterate on AI outputs to ensure production-grade accuracy
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE practices to maintain 99.9% uptime
• Ship code daily using PHP Laravel and Python FastAPI
• Pair with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code) for 10× throughput
• Monitor logs/metrics, resolve bugs, and automate repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with leadership on product roadmap and system architecture

YOUR PROFILE

Required:

• Strong PHP (Laravel) and Python (FastAPI) experience (OR you can learn extremely fast)
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered production systems (not research projects)
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, large-scale web scraping, and prompt engineering
• Solid API integration and workflow automation skills
• Rapid context-switching ability with self-starter, ownership mindset
• Upper-Intermediate English with clear asynchronous communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Frontend development (React)
• AWS, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI Platform
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience
• Email deliverability optimization and event analytics
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, light SRE work
