✨ What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Generate and develop creative visual ideas and concepts
✅ Participate in brand identity and packaging design projects
✅ Create visuals for campaigns, social media, banners, and ads
✅ Design print materials — labels, manuals, and packaging
✅ Refresh and update existing design layouts
✅ Develop key visuals for product communication
✅ Create promotional creatives for offers and seasonal campaigns
✅ Retouch product photos and prepare visuals for marketing use
✅ Prepare PDF files for print, ensuring manufacturer compliance
✅ Work with mockups and maintain brand consistency across all assets

🐕 Have a keen designer’s eye — you notice every detail like a border collie spots movement.
🎨 Have a Fine Arts or Design background and a strong sense of composition, color, and typography.
🐾 Can adapt to any brand style — from playful puppy vibes to elegant cat chic.
💼 Have experience building brand identities and packaging that make tails wag.
📁 Can proudly show off a portfolio full of beautiful branding, packaging, and social media designs.
🖥️ Are fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Lightroom).
🐾 Know your way around print production — Pantone, Spot Colors, prepress, PDFs — no surprises there!
🐾 Have a good paw on current design trends and love keeping things fresh.
📸 Retouch photos like a pro — perfect lighting, realistic shadows, and natural composition.
⏰ Never miss deadlines — you manage projects with the focus of a shepherd on duty.
🤝 Love teamwork but can fetch tasks and deliver results independently.
💬 Accept feedback with an open mind and always look for ways to improve.
🔥 Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple creative projects without losing your spark.
