About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who leads with clarity, empathy, and precision.
You’ll be the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, well-organized workflows, and high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Translate client requests into clear tasks for design, development, and marketing teams.
• Oversee digital marketing and development projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with PPC, SEO, content, and analytics specialists.
• Review final deliverables (copy, visuals, logic, functionality) before client handoff.
• Collect feature requests and help prioritize sprints for development projects.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare regular client updates, insights, and weekly reports.
• Identify risks early, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with structure and empathy.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in project management within marketing, analytics, SEO, or software development.
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows (Google Ads, SEO, social media, web development).
• Experience with project tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align different teams.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time-management.
• Empathy and people-first mindset.
Nice to have: experience with e-commerce or WordPress projects.
