Now, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager, to help us expand our client base and drive growth. If you’re passionate about B2B sales, have a proactive mindset, and want to grow professionally in a dynamic IT environment, this is your chance!
For a perfect match, we expect 🎯
- 1+ year of experience in pre-sales, SDR, Lead Generation Manager, or outreach specialist positions or similar roles in an IT company.
- Experience with Upwork.
- Strong, practical experience in bidding automation using Gigradar or other tools.
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Understanding of the IT-outsource model.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (Laravel, Node.js, React.js, WordPress, Shopify).
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Ability to negotiate and work with objections.
- English B1.
Duties & Responsibilities 💼
- Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Coordinate meetings, organize intro calls, and follow up with potential clients.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking.
- Research new channels for lead generation and analyze market trends to understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
