What You’ll Be Driving:
— Developing and executing overall product strategy aligned with business objectives;
— Providing visionary leadership and aligning the product roadmap with long-term goals;
— Overseeing product portfolio and ensuring each feature drives business value;
— Prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources based on strategic impact;
— Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics;
— Defining and refining product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies;
— Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to align product efforts with company strategy;
— Building strong internal and external relationships to support product success;
— Managing product budgets and maximizing return on investment;
— Driving innovation by identifying opportunities and leveraging emerging technologies;
— Advocating for the customer by integrating feedback into product development;
— Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle;
— Overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to retirement;
— Making data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance;
— Communicating product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reporting.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
— 4+ years of experience in product management;
— Proven ability to gather and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams;
— Strong background in influencing user research approaches, analytics, and feedback loops;
— Successful coordination of product, operations, marketing, support, and sales teams;
— Track record of maintaining 12-month product roadmaps and strategic planning;
— Solid understanding of emerging technologies and market trends in product decision-making;
— Demonstrated transparency in sharing team outcomes and progress across the organization;
— Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of product managers and analysts;
— Team leadership involving direct management of up to 3 PMs with structured growth plans;
— Hands-on involvement in designing and scaling product development processes across departments;
— Contribution to the structural and cultural development of the product organization;
— Ability to instill product thinking within engineering, support, operations, and other teams;
— Skilled in managing and nurturing relationships with external business partners.
