💼 Your responsibilities
- Search actively and attract potential clients on Upwork;
- Make the first contact in the sales cycle;
- Produce the ultimate result of lead generation and pre-qualification;
- Schedule intro calls with potential clients;
- Write custom and eye-catching cover letters on Upwork;
- Targeted email campaigns;
- E-correspondence with leads on LinkedIn and via email;
- Know profoundly our studio’s projects and services to present them to potential clients based on their needs;
- Communicate with the design team to answer technical questions and prepare estimates;
- Operate with CRM and maintain clients’ data;
- Work with other sales channels;
- Maintain constant communication with potential clients to define potential needs and to ensure their satisfaction.
📌 Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience;
- Experience with Upwork (Search, filters, bidding);
- Ninja in doing a routine job;
- Internet search skills;
- MS Office (MS Excel in particular) / Google Tables;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Attentive to details and organized, with proper time management skills;
- Analytical mind;
- Quick learner;
- Desire to sell must be your must-have skill;
- Strong communicating skills;
- The ability to understand clients' needs.
👍 Nice to haves
- Knowledge of UI/UX Design;
- Business correspondence experience;
- E-mail marketing experience;
- Experience with lead generation tools;
- Understanding of ICP building flow:
- Skill to write meeting notes.
