About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and data-driven Media Buyer to join our growing iGaming team. You will be responsible for launching and optimising paid acquisition campaigns. This is a key role with a direct impact on user acquisition and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimise media buying campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok.
- Test new GEOs, offers, creatives, and funnels
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining positive ROI metrics (CPA/CPI/RevShare)
Creatives & Funnels
- Brief designers and copywriters to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages
- Run A/B tests on ads, pre-landers, and CTAs
- Monitor performance and proactively rotate creatives to avoid ad fatigue
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyse campaign performance daily across multiple KPIs: CTR, CR, ROI, CAC, LTV
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on data
- Use tracking platforms (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack, Bemob, Keitaro) to manage and attribute traffic
Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, CRM, and analytics teams to align user acquisition with retention and monetisation goals
- Provide insights on traffic quality, fraud detection, and new testing opportunities
- Stay up to date with ad policies, platform changes, and compliance (especially in iGaming-restricted GEOs)
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience (at least one platform: Facebook, TikTok)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and attribution models
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver profitable results
- Experience in iGaming, betting and gambling is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with anti-fraud tools and traffic quality control
- Experience working in high-paced, international remote teams
