π About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of CRM to join our growing team!
If youβre passionate about player engagement, data-driven communication, and building high-performing CRM strategies for Tier-1 markets β this role is for you.
As the Team Lead of CRM, you will drive our multi-channel communication strategy, strengthen player retention, and elevate key performance metrics across all CRM touchpoints.
π οΈ Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of key CRM KPIs across all communication channels.
- Plan resources and timelines for CRM projects.
- Set, prioritize, and control task execution within the CRM team.
- Implement a development roadmap for the CRM department β processes, team, audience segmentation, and communication optimization.
- Launch new communication channels and ensure their KPI performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to maximize engagement and retention.
β Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a CRM Team Lead in a product company.
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM / Retention / Promo Manager.
- Proven experience managing communication channels (Email, Push, SMS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM metrics and user segmentation.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing communication processes.
- Ability to build hypotheses and experiments that impact key KPIs.
- Experience leading a CRM team and improving performance across multiple GEOs.

- CRM and automation tools (ESP, Push/SMS platforms).
- Jira, Miro, ClickUp, GSuite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting metrics.
- Technical understanding of integration and tracking processes.

- Has successfully led a CRM team in the iGaming industry.
- Understands how to build engagement and retention funnels for Tier-1 GEOs.
- Is both strategic and hands-on β can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
