WHA team are looking for a proactive and empathetic Partnership Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners, managing multiple accounts, and contributing to the company’s growth through strategic and creative collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Identify new partnership opportunities and conduct outreach (including cold searches)
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to idea generation and creative strategies for partnership development
Hard skills:
- 1+ year in Project/Account/Support/Community Management
- Experience managing 20+ clients or companies simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app development, SMM, CRM, and related fields
Soft skills:
- Initiative and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Multitasking and results-oriented mindset
- Responsiveness beyond standard hours when needed
