Your Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Leading the team: task distribution, monitoring task completion, and developing specialists.
• Defining priorities and strategic planning for analytical research.

Working with Data

• Acquiring, processing, and structuring data from databases.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity, verifying accuracy and consistency.
• Visualizing and presenting analytical findings in reports, charts, and presentations.

User Behavior and Product Effectiveness Analysis

• Conducting deep analysis of user behavior, segmentation, and developing product strategies.
• Evaluating user interaction with the product to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Organizing and conducting A/B testing, analyzing results to support decision-making.

Collaboration with Teams

• Collaborating with data engineers, managers, and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Our Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in analytics (marketing or product).
Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL (creating complex queries).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations).
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or another data analysis language.

English: Upper-Intermediate (both written and spoken communication).
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Would Be a Plus:

➕ Experience in gambling, traffic analytics, or other product niches.
➕ Understanding of basic statistics: regression, correlation, and significance testing.
➕ Experience with Google Analytics.
