Talent Partner (Recruitment / HR)

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our team — someone who’s passionate about finding the right people and supporting them throughout their entire journey with us 🌱.
This is a hybrid role combining recruitment and HR responsibilities, focused on building a strong tech team, driving people processes, and fostering a healthy, transparent, and performance-oriented culture.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer
🔹 Write and publish clear, attractive job descriptions for tech and business roles
🔹 Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct outreach
🔹 Conduct prescreenings (first interview stage)
🔹 Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and ensure smooth communication
🔹 Organize interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer coordination
🔹 Support onboarding and help new hires smoothly integrate into the team
🔹 Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins and feedback conversations with employees
🔹 Manage core HR processes – onboarding, probation reviews, performance feedback, surveys, and offboarding
🔹 When necessary, lead difficult conversations, including performance reviews and exit processes
🔹 Serve as a people-first contact point for questions, concerns, and soft HR support
🔹 Help shape and support team culture, employee engagement, and well-being
📋 Requirements:
🔹 Experience in IT recruitment and working with technical roles
🔹 Experience conducting HR interviews and assessing soft skills
🔹 Understanding of common IT stacks, team structures, and hiring trends
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 High level of empathy, discretion, and emotional intelligence
🔹 Strong organization and time management abilities
🔹 Readiness to work independently and drive people ops in a remote-first setup
✨ Nice-to-Haves:
🔹 Familiarity with Notion, Trello, or other ATS/project management tools
🔹 Knowledge of labor practices (EU or UA)
🔹 Basic experience preparing HR documentation (e.g., policies, onboarding flows)
