My name is Mykola, and I am the co-founder of Harmix AI. We are a Ukrainian B2B product company building innovative AI products.

After creating an AI-powered search platform for media businesses, we are now developing our next product – Proactive AI Manager – an agentic productivity tool that evolves from our search technology into a system of intelligent AI agents. Backed by investment from a Canadian fund in 2023, we are already working with clients worldwide.

We are expanding our team and seeking an Agent Developer to help us rapidly build solutions for real-world business cases.

What You’ll Do

• Design, prototype, and ship AI agent solutions for real business and personal productivity use cases.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize AI agents using LLMs and supporting infrastructure.
• Write scripts and prompts that ensure reliable, high-quality outputs.
• Build and maintain integrations with APIs, infrastructure components, and MCP servers.
• Operate in a fast-paced startup environment where delivering value quickly is key.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

1. Prompting — advanced ability to design, structure, and optimize prompts for LLMs.

2. AI Agents & LLMs — familiarity with popular frameworks and tools

3. Python & Scripting — coding background to automate tasks quickly and efficiently.
4. MCP servers — familiarity with Model Context Protocol
5. Infrastructure — understanding of deployment, scaling, and monitoring AI systems.
