Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid UA) to join our small team!
Someone who is obsessed with running experiments to improve user acquisition metrics.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Run and scale ad campaigns with the main focus on TikTok and web funnels, as well as other ad channels
- Share learnings and insights regularly to inform the creative team on iterations
- Analyse data using Amplitude and ad platforms to improve conversion metrics
- Unlock new channels as opportunities arise - set up, test, and scale efficiently.

🧠 What You Bring
- 2+ years of paid UA experience with mobile apps
- Managed ad accounts with over $500k / month in ad spend
- Deep expertise in event tracking - you understand how events flow into ad platforms and can diagnose discrepancies.
- Data driven mindset to work with tools like Amplitude and Singular (MMP)
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, funnels, and onboarding flows.
- Hands-on mindset: whether it’s campaign setup, funnel testing, debugging pixel events, or deep-diving dashboards, you’re not afraid to dive in.
