🌍 About Us

At S.Lab, we’re on a mission to replace plastic with sustainable packaging made from agricultural waste & mycelium. We’ve developed a unique biodegradable material, opened our own production line in Spain and are now scaling across Europe. We’re looking for an Account Manager to help us manage customers’ orders and requests, bring innovation to more clients, and make eco-packaging the industry standard.

🚀 About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning the client journey from first contact to long-term relationship and supporting both product development and commercial operations.

You’ll work closely with our production, operations and marketing teams to ensure clients are not only satisfied but excited to work with us.

🔍 Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management or sales (1-3 years), preferably in the packaging, FMCG or sustainability sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level or higher)
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience of working with Pipedrive CRM, Snovio, Reply, Figma or similar tools.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
  • A big plus: experience in eco-packaging, bio-materials or circular economy

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contacts with the potential and existing customers: coordiante sales processes, respond to the inbound requests and provide guidance to the potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities and managing contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements and then prepare visuals and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (prototyping, manufacturing, operations) to ensure timely delivery of products and monitor progress to keep everyone updated
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets, track performance through KPIs and metrics and provide regular updates and reports to both clients and manager
  • CRM management
  • Oversee budgets, invoices and payments related to accounts
  • Collaborate on the development and optimisation of the web store to align with sales strategy and clients’ needs
  • Define product offerings, pricing and value propositions presented in our web store
