Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people and culture-related decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Lead organizational culture evolution by shaping values-based programs, rituals, and internal campaigns that support engagement, inclusion, and performance;
- Build and scale a data-driven Employee Experience framework, from onboarding through engagement, retention, and internal mobility;
- Act as a key driver of corporate culture: facilitate rituals, team events, and cross-cultural synergy;
- Develop initiatives and communications that promote company values at all levels Support internal communication channels and employer branding content;
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and follow-up action plans;
- Initiate programs to increase retention, internal mobility, and motivation;

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure cultural fit and smooth integration for new hires Stay updated on HR trends, tools, and global best practices;
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles within BPO, IT, or service industries;
- Proven experience in driving culture initiatives, internal communication, or team building;
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Strategic and structured thinking with a hands-on mindset;
- Ability to multitask and support multiple teams simultaneously;

Fluency in English and Ukrainian (B2+);
