SPLIT Development is looking for a Backend Engineer who can build reliable and scalable systems ⚡

What you’ll do:

• Develop features for our agentic services platform
• Build scalable, secure APIs and backend services
• Deploy solutions in client environments using Docker
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to integrate AI-driven functionality
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  

What we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (preferably in startups)
• Proficiency in Python (Django); additional experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of modern development practices and CI/CD
• Skills in system design and building scalable architectures
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience working in fast-growing startup environments
