We’re seeking an experienced UX Strategist to support our pre-sales team in early-stage discovery, facilitate workshops, and guide the development of a user-centric product vision.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product strategy, discovery, or UX research (agency or product environment)
- Proven end-to-end discovery experience, from pre-sales through MVP and roadmap definition
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, synthesis, and decision-making
- Ability to communicate decisions in simple business language through storytelling, clear structure, and actionable artifacts
- Comfort working within constraints and feasibility checks, collaborating closely with engineers, data specialists, and legal/policy teams
- EST–PST time-zone overlap, flexible availability, and willingness to travel when required
Nice-to-have:
- Service design/service blueprinting
- Product marketing experience
Soft skills:
- A natural storyteller who turns complexity into clear, simple narratives
- Curious and analytical, always asking “why?” and exploring hypotheses
- A calm operator who brings structure and clarity to startup chaos
- Collaborative and quick to build trust with client teams
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support
- Join discovery calls and workshops with potential clients together with the sales team
- Demonstrate expertise from the first interaction by framing the initial product problem and key hypotheses
- Discovery & Research
- Plan and conduct user and stakeholder research, including interviews and insight synthesis
- Translate findings into clear insights that guide product direction
- Product Strategy & MVP
- Define the product strategy and hand it off to the delivery team
- Scope the MVP using MoSCoW (must/should/could) and RICE/ICE prioritization, explicitly noting what is out of scope
- Build a high-level 0 - 3 - 6 month roadmap and create the initial backlog from epics to key user stories
What we offer:
- A team of open-minded and supportive professionals
- Comfortable part-time schedule with autonomy in processes
- Full remote work format
- Flexible workload and the possibility to combine with studies, personal projects, or other activities
- Work-life balance: we value results, not the number of hours spent
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the future (if desired)
