We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team!

We are a dynamic team driving SEO for leading e-commerce businesses on the US market. Our projects are enterprise-level (valued $10M+ annual turnover) with extensive product catalogs (200,000+ SKUs). Here you’ll face ambitious goals, access to the latest tools, and real professional growth.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in large e-commerce/enterprise projects
• Deep understanding of the US search market: Google algorithms, local ranking nuances
• Strong technical SEO skills (site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first, structured data)
• Proven ability to optimize for Google Shopping
• Solid grasp of AI-powered SEO tools and content workflows
• Experience with A/B testing, CTR optimization, and conversion rate improvements (CRO)
• Successful track record with international projects (domain switch, hreflang, etc.)
• English: Intermediate+ (meetings with English speaking clients)
• Fluent level of Ukrainian language
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a drive to innovate

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute holistic SEO strategies from scratch for enterprise e-commerce clients

• Manage the full SEO cycle: technical audits, content optimization, link building, local SEO, and site architecture

• Optimize product listings for Google Shopping

• Leverage AI tools for content generation and SEO automation

• Conduct A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates, blending SEO and business objectives

• Prepare clear technical specifications for developers, content creators, and outreach teams

• Track, report, and analyze SEO results using advanced analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

• Collaborate with teammates, share expertise, and contribute to a performance-driven culture
