We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets.
We are currently looking for a CRM Manager who will help us build effective player communication, launch bonus campaigns, and work with data to drive user engagement and loyalty.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Organize and launch marketing and seasonal promotions, giveaways, and special events
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and analysts for campaign materials and stats collection
  • Develop bonus mechanics and prepare technical specifications for developers
  • Ensure regular player communication via email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups
  • Set up trigger-based CRM flows (welcome, reactivation, etc.)
  • Analyze bonus performance and campaign effectiveness (ROMI, retention, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and market research


What we expect from you:

  • Experience with email marketing, SMS, web-push, pop-ups
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Customer.io or similar)
  • Hands-on experience creating bonuses, campaign logic, and promo flows in a gaming product
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in launching trigger chains (ranks, emails), understanding the logic of building communications and their implementation.
  • Experience with SoftSwiss (SS) will be an advantage.

  • Autonomy — the ability to perform tasks independently without constant supervision.
  • Proactivity and initiative — willingness to offer new ideas, actions, and approaches.
  • Interest in CRM and retention.
  • Willingness to develop and improve processes, including automation.
  • Focus on quality results and attention to detail.
