We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets.
We are currently looking for a CRM Manager who will help us build effective player communication, launch bonus campaigns, and work with data to drive user engagement and loyalty.
Your main responsibilities:
- Organize and launch marketing and seasonal promotions, giveaways, and special events
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and analysts for campaign materials and stats collection
- Develop bonus mechanics and prepare technical specifications for developers
- Ensure regular player communication via email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups
- Set up trigger-based CRM flows (welcome, reactivation, etc.)
- Analyze bonus performance and campaign effectiveness (ROMI, retention, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and market research
What we expect from you:
- Experience with email marketing, SMS, web-push, pop-ups
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Customer.io or similar)
- Hands-on experience creating bonuses, campaign logic, and promo flows in a gaming product
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in launching trigger chains (ranks, emails), understanding the logic of building communications and their implementation.
- Experience with SoftSwiss (SS) will be an advantage.
- Autonomy — the ability to perform tasks independently without constant supervision.
- Proactivity and initiative — willingness to offer new ideas, actions, and approaches.
- Interest in CRM and retention.
- Willingness to develop and improve processes, including automation.
- Focus on quality results and attention to detail.
