We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale our affiliate program across the LATAM region and other Tier-1 markets. This role requires a strong network of affiliates, strategic vision, and hands-on management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale the affiliate program for LATAM and Tier-1 markets.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture affiliate partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Develop affiliate strategies for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Negotiate deals, commission structures, and exclusive partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results.
• Collaborate closely with SEO, product, and media buying teams to align growth strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of affiliate managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming/Betting.
• Strong existing network of affiliates in LATAM and Tier-1 regions.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CPL, RevShare, ROI).
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus).
