SEM Specialist I creates, manages, optimizes, and reports advertising campaigns in ad platforms from Google, Microsoft, Meta, And others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage campaigns from proposals through development, testing, execution and completion against client goals
  • Oversee and plan client advertising budgets across ad platforms, time-scheduled flights, and among programs/services/offerings
  • Keyword and audience targeting development and refinement
  • Adjust bidding strategies based on performance vs. client goals
  • Analyze performance by user searches, ad copy, targeting, placements, and other segments
  • Generate relevant and brand-guideline adherent ad copy
  • Generate and test tracking methods/tools
  • Develop effective plans to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
  • Identify niche strategies in specific verticals and consistently incorporate developing strategies into existing campaigns
  • Implement cohesive testing strategy for each element of campaigns
  • Generate accurate and informative periodic internal and external reporting

This position requires the ability to follow processes, attention to detail, awareness, and research & problem solving skills. Candidates must be data-driven and will be administered job-specific custom Excel testing during the interview process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English language communication
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, especially Google Ads is a plus but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and marcros
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
  • Problem solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to act independently across competing priorities
  • Strong acumen for applying critical thinking and analytics to formulate and test hypothesis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns across internal teams
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associated Degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social media advertising, and user analytics
