Why Work With Us

  • Own the Analytics Function from Day One

You won’t be “just another analyst” — you’ll lead analytics across the entire company, owning the BI system and influencing key product, marketing, and operations decisions.

  • Shape a Data-Driven Product from the Inside

Your insights will directly shape user acquisition, retention, pricing, and growth strategies in a high-volume, metrics-first educational business.

  • Collaborate Directly with Founders & C-Level

Skip the red tape. You’ll work closely with the CEO and department heads, making high-impact decisions and getting fast feedback.

  • Work with Real Business Metrics, Not Vanity KPIs

Focus on actionable data: LTV, CAC, funnel conversion, refund rate, churn. Your work will be measured by real business outcomes, not just dashboards.

  • Remote-First, Results-Driven

We don’t care where you work from — Ukraine, Europe, or beyond. What matters is your impact. We trust you to manage your time and own your results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a data, business, or product analyst.
  • Experience in product- or marketing-driven companies is a strong plus — understanding key business and product metrics is highly valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong experience with Tableau (must-have).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI (optional).
  • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and GA4.
  • Full-cycle A/B testing expertise: from hypothesis generation to evaluation.
  • Ability to decompose, calculate, and interpret key business metrics.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian; English level B1 or higher.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking.
  • Proactive and independent in decision-making.
  • Clear, concise communication across functions.
  • High level of ownership and responsibility.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the BI system (Tableau) and enhance decision-making tools for all business units.
  • Investigate performance deviations and identify root causes.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve key business outcomes.
  • Review and improve existing reports for usability and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enhance predictive models (Customer & Revenue Prediction).
  • Support new initiatives through data evaluation and strategic recommendations.
