Key skills:

• Experience in Affiliate marketing (betting-gambling) from 3 years;
• Experience in the position Senior/Team Lead of Affiliates from 2 years;
• Successful experience of working in international markets.
• Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic
• Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results
• Effective management of processes and interactions
• Building, training, motivating and mentoring an affiliate marketing team.
• Strategic thinking
• English - Upper-Intermediate level;
• High level of communication skills;

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular audit of old and new partners;
• Monitoring the implementation of KPIs by partners;
• Reactivation of old partners;
• Development of a strategy for the region together with the Head and CMO;
• Regular reporting: daily, weekly, monthly;
• Constant monitoring of Global markets in search of new
  solutions to attract partners;
• Visiting conferences and managing the team according to the schedule of meetings and contacts;
• Management and monitoring of the implementation of the affiliate team in the European market;
• Mentoring and adapting new managers;
• Regular testing of funnels to improve the conversion of partner results;
• Participation in the development of retention strategies to increase partner conversion;
• Regular interaction with departments: marketing, CRM, design;
• Participation in professional conferences.
