We are looking for a creative and proactive SMM Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, growing our audience, and keeping our content fresh and engaging across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about trends, analytics, and digital communication - this is your role!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content plans, adapting posts for different social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SMM activities across social networks, forums, and relevant groups: search, registration, and posting.
• Monitor trends and propose new directions for promotion.
• Prepare briefs for content writers and designers for both text and visual components.
• Track analytics, grow the audience, and prepare performance reports.
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in SMM.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Knowledge of social media promotion tools and current trends.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop; experience with graphic and video editors is a plus.
• Proactive, able to multitask, and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of trends and visual style.
