Аbout the Project:

We develop intelligent voice bots for business process automation. Our solutions integrate with CRM systems, enterprise databases, and other platforms using an open-source technology stack (Rasa, spaCy) and the Node-RED platform.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and configuring voice/chatbots based on Rasa.

• Integrating bots with external systems (API, CRM, data buses) via Node-RED.

• Creating custom actions and logic in JavaScript within Node-RED.

• Adapting NLP models (intent classifiers) to meet specific client requirements.

• Participating in bot architecture design and optimization.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript (for custom logic development in Node-RED).

• AI Chatbots creating experience.

• Understanding of NLP principles.

• Experience integrating with external APIs, and databases.

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and LLMs basics.

• Git knowledge

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Rasa (NLU, dialogue scenarios, custom actions) or other intent-based frameworks.

• Knowledge of Node-RED or similar solutions.

• Experience with libraries such as Langchain, spaCy, and others.

• Docker knowledge.
