Redwerk is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and inspired Product Manager with AI experience.

You’ll work on enticing products and tasks alongside true experts in a friendly environment with minimum bureaucracy.

Required Skills:
— 3+ years in product management (ideally in startups, AI, or automation)

— AI-first thinking and at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AI, with proven cases of implementation and measurable results

— Understanding of the MVP philosophy and rapid product development cycles

— Experience launching products from scratch (with proven results)

— Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, Bubble, etc

— Proficient in market analysis, customer development and hypothesis validation

— Experience implementing monetization strategies

— Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable strategies

— Strong understanding of LLM-based systems

— Familiarity with APIs (especially OpenAI)

Will be a plus:
— Experience with B2B and SaaS products

— Experience building Telegram bots or mini apps

— Basic knowledge of Web3

— Built your own product, startup, or side project

— Good UX sense, ability to prototype

Responsibilities:
— Validate raw product ideas through user interviews and research

— Build MVPs in 1-2 weeks using AI, APIs, and no-code tools

— Collaborate with developers, designers, and the CEO

— Drive experiments, gather feedback, and iterate
