We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new business growth in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing domain.

Location: Remote (Ukraine or Ukrainian professionals based in Europe, Canada) - (not open to U.S.-based candidates).

Work format: Fully remote, with periodic business trips to conferences and industry events across Europe and the USA for networking, lead generation, relationship building and pre-sales activities.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and deal closure.
We are looking for a self-driven professional with strong networking skills, a proven track record of acquiring new clients and extensive experience working with the US market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, qualification, discovery calls, proposal preparation, negotiations and deal closure.
    Identify and engage prospective clients in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting primarily the US market.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, conferences and direct outreach.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, networking events, and industry meetups.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and closing new clients.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts.
  • Strong network within the IT services industry and ability to build new business relationships.
  • Hands-on experience working with US-based clients and the US market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
  • Availability to travel for conferences, networking events and client meetings.
