Oversee the people management, project management, coordination, and production of website design and development, including theme and/or child theme customization and/or development.
Drive the technical strategy and roadmap of web design and development.
Oversee the design and development of plugins and other technical products for landing pages, microsites, and other WordPress-related remote management tools and products.
Ensuring the incorporation of all necessary HTML and CSS into WordPress themes, templates, and additional PHP and HTML pages.
Project management capability to manage multiple projects at a time as well as leading and directing communications with a diverse group of stakeholders, team members, and service providers.
Lead discussions on technical approaches and refine solutions.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 10 years of experience designing and building with WordPress.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of web developers.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with clients, developing and managing client expectations, and delivering excellent client experiences.
Minimum 5 years of experience creating and deploying WordPress plugins in a production environment.
Knowledge of and experience with current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL).
