We’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with companies building AI-driven products and data-intensive platforms.
You will play a key role in growing our pipeline by identifying decision-makers, initiating conversations, and booking qualified calls.

⭐ Your Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify ICP profiles in the US market (CTO, VP of Engineering, CDO, AI/ML Leads, Founders).
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
- Research companies working on AI/ML, data platforms, and digital product innovation.
Outbound Outreach
- Launch and manage multichannel outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email, warm touchpoints).
- Personalize messaging based on industry, tech stack, and pain points.
- Maintain consistent daily activity (touchpoints, follow-ups, nurturing).
Lead Qualification
- Identify client needs and assess fit with our AI/Data Engineering services.
- Book intro calls and hand off qualified leads to the sales/BD team.
- Track all interactions in CRM and optimize conversion rates.
🎯 What We Expect
- Experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in tech, AI, or software development).
- Understanding of US market communication style.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant prospects.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Proactiveness, structure, attention to detail.
