Requirements

  • Experience in the iGaming or crypto segment: understanding of affiliate programs and traffic monetization;
  • Strong understanding of affiliate models: RS, CPA, Hybrid, and the role partners play in user acquisition;
  • Advanced analytical skills: ability to work with tools for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising and affiliate campaigns;
  • Budget management skills: controlling spending, optimizing budgets, ensuring traffic profitability, and increasing ROI;
  • Negotiation skills: experience in signing partnership agreements and negotiating cooperation terms;
  • Knowledge of marketing tools: advertising platforms, promo materials, working with creatives and landing pages;
  • Experience in expanding an affiliate network: sourcing, attracting, and activating new partners, attending industry conferences;
  • Fraud-monitoring skills: ability to detect and prevent fraud and suspicious activity;
  • Ability to analyze results and present data to management or team members.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the existing partner network: supporting, developing, and retaining active affiliates;
  • Searching for, attracting, and onboarding new partners, including participation in industry conferences and events;
  • Ensuring a stable flow of high-quality traffic that converts into active players;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, increasing their loyalty to the brand/project;
  • Planning, allocating, and controlling budgets across partner channels, ensuring profitability and ROI growth;
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of affiliate campaigns (traffic evaluation, key metrics, identifying growth points);
  • Detecting fraud and suspicious activity, implementing preventive measures to protect traffic quality;
  • Preparing regular reports and presenting results for affiliate directions;
  • Initiating new opportunities to expand the partner network and increase revenue through the affiliate channel;
  • Negotiating and agreeing on cooperation terms with current and potential partners;
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, analytics, product) to improve campaign efficiency and the quality of promotional materials.
