We are looking for a Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with developers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage tasks, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with developers and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Apply an understanding of front-end and back-end workflows to facilitate communication and task tracking.
• Evaluate project scope and adjust priorities to meet current needs.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize risks and ensure success.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT project management within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in evaluating project scope and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or above.
• Leadership skills to make decisions and maintain project focus.
